  1. We've a T1 to the T3 backbone, so mirroring the archie stuff I have isn't 
  2. a problem (from my end).

  5. whoever wants to do it.

  8. Why?  Well, mostly mercenary self-interest (archive.orst.edu is the campus 
  9. news server too) + redundancy.  Takes 600 Mb to do it properly (if you have
  10. 400Mb main memory you could get away with 450 Mb disk space 8) ).
